I'm definitely glad to see new members, but we still can't condone mass-PMing behavior and need to make sure it's clear that it's not okay.

There's already been considerable backlash and bad PR as a result of at least one person getting several PMs (mun with multiple YGO muses).

While some people will certainly always join as a result, the amount of people who will likely feel irritated by the PMs and possibly spread word about them is crippling to a community as small and new as ours.
