Um... hi there, people of the Campus! I'm fresh meat, but my name is Tora. 8D; It's really nice to meet you!
I've chosen to bring you a very fun and silly villain from an equally fun and silly canon, Betrayus from the cartoon Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures! There's a wiki page link for him on his profile, but I think personality-wise his character is also perfectly summed up in this hilarious 30 second clip from the show.
Basically he's a goofy, dorky, but somehow at the same time threatening ghost with fire powers who is hammy as all get-out. But he can also be a lot of bark without much bite, especially without his ghost army around, so the worst he'll probably do is set off a sprinkler or accidentally burn something. I hope you all find him as amusing as I do!
I'm a bit nervous as I often am playing a western animated character among a lot of live action/anime/video games (although a large amount of his canon is made in Japan, if that counts for anything...?), but I'm having a great time here so far and I can't wait to keep playing with everyone!<3

AdorablyRotten, if you would like to add me feel free! Thank you so much and I hope you have a lovely day! :3
(by the way, my best friend is eventually going to be bringing in this cartoon's incarnation of Pac-Man too, after Bets here gets lured into a false sense of security, hehehe~)

But yeah that seems to be one of the more prevailing western animation canons for whatever reason.
I'm glad you keep an open mind!<3
I'll bet you the show is at least as hilarious as you're imagining it |D It is pretty unexpected, and the more I think about it the more I can compare it to MLP. After all I don't think anyone figured that cartoon would have such an interesting world, well-developed characters, impressive writing and plots, etc. But I think the main difference between PMatGA and MLP is that PMatGA only takes itself seriously when it feels like it, haha... a lot of the time it's intentionally cheesy and really endearing as a result.
btw I'm an animation student and generally obsessed with cartoons and critiquing/analyzing/knowing everything I possibly can about them, so if you ever need a recommendation for a (American/Canadian/European) animated series or film to watch or just want to know the state of the industry I'M ALL OVER THAT %D

Wow, that really sounds pretty awesome, ngl.

And thank you! :'D My art school has a wonderful animation program that I feel so happy and lucky to be a part of. My professor in one of the classes I'm taking right now used to be an animator at a Canadian Disney studio, where he worked on or directed a bunch of direct-to-video movies. And he storyboarded for the Beetlejuice cartoon series!
Also next week I'm going to meet Fred Seibert, who owns Frederator Studios, which makes Adventure Time, Fairly OddParents, and a bunch of other animated shows for Nickelodeon. He's one of the most important people in the entire industry and I'm so unbelievably excited aaaahhhhh ;u;
